Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final, and returns are generally not accepted.
However, in special circumstances where a return is necessary, our
customer service team will work with the customer to find a resolution. If a
return is approved by mutual agreement, the following conditions apply:
- Returns are allowed only within 7 days from the original delivery date.
- A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
- The product must be undamaged, with all original contents included and the product box kept clean.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and included items intact.
- The item must not show signs of wear, use, modification, or tampering.
- Refunds apply only to the product price and do not include shipping costs.
- A refund will be processed only after the product is returned, fully inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
